Conveyor roller idler teel shaft center hole milling machine adopts a v-shaped block, using cylindrical positioning, hydraulic clamping, double end processing at the same time, and completes axial positioning, surfacing cutting, center hole processing and shaft end chamfer process. It’s positioning accurately and clamping reliable, so it has the character of easy handling and operation, good precision, high production efficiency, etc.
The control system adopts Toshiba programmable controller (PC) and domestic advanced non-contact proximity switch, and the superposition valve system adopts domestic advanced hydraulic, so it’s with quick and accurate action, stable and reliable performance, low failure rate, to further ensure the roll shaft end face, center hole machining to work with high quality and high efficiency.
This machine is processing steel shaft center both end and making holes, which is installed bearing housing. This machine is half automatic, and it can finish 1000 pcs of steel shaft in 8 hours
