The machine is designed to perform precision turning operations on the ends of steel tubes used in conveyor rollers and idlers. The turning process ensures that the tube ends are concentric, properly sized, and accurately chamfered or faced to facilitate further assembly processes such as shaft insertion, welding, or bearing housing fitting.
Facing: Trims the end surface of the tube to ensure it is flat and perpendicular to the axis.
Internal/External Chamfering: Creates beveled edges on the internal or external diameter for easy component insertion or welding.
Internal Boring (optional): Enlarges or smooths the inner surface of the tube end for precise shaft or bearing fit.
Outer Diameter Turning: Ensures the outside diameter at the tube end meets exact tolerances, especially for bearing housing fitment.

① The machine tool is an automated special machine tool designed for processing the ends of the steel pipe of belt conveyor rollers. Our company designs this machine tool based on the principles of energy saving and high efficiency.
② The tool has infinite speed regulation, and the left and right feed cylinders use hydraulic synchronization circuits, which can feed and retract the tool at the same time; the radial feed is manual and can be accurately adjusted according to processing requirements; it uses the hydraulic and the PLC control system greatly reduces the requirements for labor levels and facilitates labor management and equipment maintenance.
③ Roller processing does not belong to strong cutting. According to the actual use of this process, this machine tool adopts a 5.5Kw motor with small starting current, agility, high efficiency and low consumption, which reduces the cost of use.
④ Equipped with a hydraulic automatic tool release mechanism, when the tool is fed to the predetermined position, the tool is automatically released to avoid scratching the processed surface.
⑤ The clamping screw is set in the middle of the equipment based on long-term usage experience. For double-car equipment with screws on the side, when the equipment is slightly aged, the support plate is prone to twisting and jumping after clamping. Equipment with screws in the middle does not have this problem, and this equipment does not need a separate foundation, and it runs stably.
